CLEANLINESS……

People say that cleanliness is next to godliness. But here no one ever follow this. They spit and litter a lot on the road by which it becomes very difficult to clean it. Today, 2nd October is Gandhi Jayanti and all the people in India made a decision that they would clean the road in the honour of Gandhi Ji. As they were cleaning the road I observed that every one were cleaning the dry garbage but no one was cleaning the wet garbage. But I am still happy that at least they cleaned something.

“When the earth is sick and polluted, human health is impossible…. To heal ourselves we must heal our planet, and to heal our planet we must heal ourselves.” — Bobby McLeod (Aboriginal Activist & Poet)

In our school they have taught that we should keep our environment clean and not just for a day. Once cleaning your environment becomes a habit you will realise it is not an impossible work and then you will feel the happiness in yourself……….
